SUSTAIN Conference 2026
Call for Presentation and Poster Abstracts – SUSTAIN Conference 2026
Celebrating innovation and shaping the future of sustainable steelmaking, the SUSTAIN Conference 2026 marks the culmination of the SUSTAIN Future Steel Manufacturing Research Hub.
We’re inviting academics, industrialists and anyone working in an area that supports the steel industry to submit a presentation or poster abstract that align with the conference’s overarching theme: Sustainability in Steel. This is a unique opportunity to share your work, engage with a diverse audience, and contribute to shaping the future of steelmaking in the UK and beyond.
We welcome contributions from individuals across all career stages and professional backgrounds within the steel, materials, manufacturing and aligned sectors - from students and early-career researchers to senior industry leaders and executives.
